The main objective of the scientific research program is to produce scientific papers and, based on them, the doctoral dissertation, as well as publications related to the dissertation topic.
The scientific research program is conducted over 5 semesters for full-time doctoral students and 7 semesters for part-time students. Research is carried out within the relevant departments, specialized scientific laboratories, the ASEM Institute of Economic Research, and other environments conducive to research.
The program is conducted in Romanian; however, at the doctoral student’s request and with the approval of the academic advisor, it may also be conducted in an internationally recognized language.
Completion of the scientific research program allows for the accumulation of 140 transferable academic credits for the following scientific activities. A requirement for passing the scientific research program is the completion of all credits associated with it.
