PhD students

Doctoral students are persons enrolled in a doctoral program and engaged in the process of writing their doctoral dissertation. They are members of the ASEM scientific community, maintaining collaborative relationships with established professors and researchers.

Doctoral study contract

Upon enrollment in the first year of studies, doctoral students sign a study contract. Failure to sign it within 3 months of enrollment results in the loss of the right earned through the admission competition.

The contract is concluded between the doctoral student, the academic advisor, and the ASEM Doctoral School. This contract sets forth the rights and obligations of each party involved in the doctoral program, ensuring that quality assurance requirements are met.

Doctoral student’s individual study and research plan

The doctoral student’s individual activity plan is developed by the student in collaboration with the doctoral advisor and is approved by the director of the Doctoral School.
